This is seriously the easiest dip to make ever. Since you can use a can of white beans, all you have to do is throw the ingredients into a food processor and you have it. I made this as an afternoon snack and it was filling and healthy- talk about protein!
Spiced White Bean Dip
1 can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Put cannellini beans and garlic cloves in a food processor and process until smooth. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, and chili powder. Process until well combined, scraping down the sides halfway through. Garnish with basil and enjoy with crackers, chips, or raw veggies.
