Festive Brownie Brittle

Serves: Makes 48 squares.
  • 1 package of Pillsbury Chocolate Fudge Classic Brownie mix
  • 1 package Dove Milk Chocolate Squares
  • shredded coconut and/or chopped pecans
  • sprinkles of your choice
  • 3 Ziploc Holiday Medium Round Printed Containers
  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Make the brownie mix according to the box (the only change I made was to use 1/2 cup coconut oil instead of 3/4).
  3. Spread half the brownie mix on a lined cookie sheet until about 1/4 inch thick. Sprinkle with chopped Dove chocolate and pecan pieces (or other toppings over your choice).
  4. Bake for 20 min. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before cutting.
  5. Unwrap 10 pieces of milk chocolate and melted in the microwave in 20 second intervals.
  6. Repeat steps 3 and 4 with the second half of the mix and, once cool, drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkles.
  7. Once cool, store the brittle in your holiday container for up to 5 days at room temperature or put in the fridge or freezer for longer shelf-life.
