Perfect Chocolate Cups

Serves: Makes 12 mini cups.
  • 1 and 1/2 cups chopped extra dark chocolate or chocolate chips
  • 2 perfect bars, chopped into 1/8ths
  • toppings: sea salt, sesame seeds, hemp seeds, unsweetened shredded coconut
  1. Melt chocolate in a microwave safe glass or double boiler in 15-30 second intervals until completely melted, being careful not to burn.
  2. Using a silicone mini muffin tin or regular muffin tin with liners, spoon a small spoonful of chocolate into each cup just enough to cover the bottom and coat some of the sides.
  3. Repeat for each cup, then add 1/8th of a Perfect bar and cover with more chocolate until all the chocolate is gone and the pieces of bar are covered. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or overnight before serving.
  4. Can be stored in an airtight container in or out of the fridge for a couple of weeks.
