Chocolate Covered Granola Clusters

Serves: 6 cups
  1. Cook granola according to instructions, making sure it is fully cooked until crispy. Let granola cool completely.
  2. Melt chocolate chips in 30 sec-1 minute intervals in a microwave safe bowl in the microwave. Stir sporadically until melted.
  3. Add granola and melted chocolate to a large bowl and stir until granola is mostly coated.
  4. Spread onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or a silpat mat and let cool overnight at room temperature. *If you want to speed up the cooling process you can place the cookie sheet in the fridge or freezer until hard.
