Chocolate Almond Butter S'mores Toast

  • 3 tablespoons almond butter (unsweetened, lightly salted is fine)
  • 3 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 6 large marshmallows
  • 2 pieces whole wheat bread
  • toppings:
  • chopped chocolate
  • crushed graham crackers
  • pinch of sea salt (optional...but not- trust me)
  1. In a small bowl, combine almond butter, almond milk, and cocoa powder and mix until completely smooth.
  2. Toast bread.
  3. Spread chocolate almond butter onto toast.
  4. Roast marshmallows over your stove (you can use kebab sticks or a fork).
  5. Smash 3 marshmallows onto each piece of toast.
  6. Top with chopped chocolate, crushed graham crackers, and a sprinkle of sea salt.
