Beet Hummus

Serves: A little more than 2 cups
Ingredients
1 and ½ cup cooked chickpeas
½ cup chopped cooked beets
4 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon sesame tahini
lime juice from 2 large limes, or more to taste
¼ teaspoon salt, or more to taste
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a food processor. Process until completely smooth.
Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
