Ingredients
  • 1 and ½ cup cooked chickpeas
  • ½ cup chopped cooked beets
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame tahini
  • lime juice from 2 large limes, or more to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, or more to taste
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor. Process until completely smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
