Balsamic Baked Tofu
Balsamic Baked Tofu

Ingredients
  • 1 package of extra firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place tofu between two sheets of paper towel and place a heavy object on top like an iron pan. You may need to switch out the paper towels or use more when they get wet.
  3. Leave to drain for about 15 minutes.
  4. When ready, cut tofu into squares or cubes and lay on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  5. Whisk together balsamic vinegar and olive oil and drizzle over tofu. Sprinkle salt and pepper generously over tofu.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until crispy and edges are browned.
