Microwave Berry Breakfast Crumble

Ingredients
Fruit
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • ½ teaspoon stevia
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Crumble
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons oat flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Microwave frozen berries in a medium bowl for about 30 seconds to soften. Add the remaining fruit ingredients and toss to combine.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine all the crumble ingredients and using a fork or your fingers crumble the butter into the mixture until it is coarse. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the berries.
  3. Microwave for about 1 minute, or until completely hot.
  4. Let cool slightly before eating.
