This is such a quick recipe to make for breakfast, a midday snack, or even dessert. It doesn’t require any special ingredients or kitchen tools and it only takes a few minutes to whip together.
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1 small container of greek yogurt (approximately 5 oz.)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until berries are well combined with the yogurt. Add more honey if you like. Top with chia seeds. Eat immediately or put in the freezer for later.
